Special Order Policy & Cancellations

Special order parts are defined by Grudge Motorsports, LLC as any product, auto part, performance part, tool, accessory, etc., that we do not currently have in stock, that are on backorder, or that we do not stock as a shelf item which may be due to lack of popularity or the part has various options that make each order unique. This does not mean the part is not currently available. Many manufactures keep less popular parts they produce in stock and can process orders we submit quickly. If the manufacturer has the item in stock it will normally drop ship directly to you within 5-7 business days depending on your location and the type of shipping required. Otherwise the factory may have to produce or final finish a part which typically ships in 3-6 weeks but can take up to 12 weeks or more for certain parts.

There is NO guaranteed delivery date for any special order and manufacturers often change the expected ship date several times.

If you cancel within 90 days from date of purchase for any reason THERE WILL BE A 15% CANCELLATION FEE DEDUCTED FROM YOUR REFUND ($10.00 Minimum). There is no early cancellation fee to cancel after 90 days from date of purchase if order has not shipped. However the original merchant transaction fee (3-5% depending on your payment method) is NON-REFUNDABLE and will be deducted from ALL CANCELLED ORDERS.

Special orders cancelled once the order is processed and invoiced by the manufacturer will carry a 20% minimum cancellation and restocking fee, no exceptions.

NOTICE: SPECIAL ORDERS PURCHASED USING AFFIRM CAN NOT BE CANCELLED WITHIN 90 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE AND A 20% FEE WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE PURCHASE TOTAL IF CANCELLED AFTER 90 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE.

Special orders are orders sent directly to the manufacturer and usually drop ship directly from the manufacturer in many cases and occasionally ship to one of our distribution centers and are then shipped to the shipping address provided at purchase. In these cases we work extra hard to expedite getting the order shipped quickly.

Special orders can sometimes have custom configurations, options specifically defined in the order for the purchaser, or may only be produced on an as ordered basis which would make the special order products non-refundable or could be subject to a restocking fee based on a standard 20%.
