| Description_MKT | In the past, manual transmissions were the popular choice for circle track racing, but TCI has found that there are several advantages to running a TCI Circlematic Transmission instead. The first advantage includes a significant weight savings - TCI automatic transmissions are, on average, 50 to 60 lbs. lighter in weight than manual 4-speed transmissions, depending upon application. This weight savings reduces wear and tear on the drivetrain and valve train. Second is the cost savings. TCI Circlematic Transmissions cost anywhere from $500 to $600 less for a basic automatic setup. Third, and the most important advantage, is the performance level experienced when using a TCI Circlematic Transmission. Racers who have made the switch from their standard 4-speed setup have experienced improved performance. TCI Circlematic Transmissions have been track tested and have been proven to be more responsive off the turns than standard shift transmissions, plus the engine picks up much more quickly. They also have excellent throttle response in the corner and on restarts. All transmissions feature high performance clutches, bands, and a steel clutch hub (where applicable), and the Powerglides feature a modified planetary gear set that will work with the latest rear suspensions. And as with all TCI transmissions, each unit has been Triple Tested, including valve body, static hydraulic pressure, and final dyno testing to ensure you receive the best possible transmission for your circle track needs. |

Special Order Policy & Cancellations
Special order parts are defined by Grudge Motorsports, LLC as any product, auto part, performance part, tool, accessory, etc., that we do not currently have in stock, that are on backorder, or that we do not stock as a shelf item which may be due to lack of popularity or the part has various options that make each order unique. This does not mean the part is not currently available. Many manufactures keep less popular parts they produce in stock and can process orders we submit quickly. If the manufacturer has the item in stock it will normally drop ship directly to you within 5-7 business days depending on your location and the type of shipping required. Otherwise the factory may have to produce or final finish a part which typically ships in 3-6 weeks but can take up to 12 weeks or more for certain parts.
There is NO guaranteed delivery date for any special order and manufacturers often change the expected ship date several times. Contact us before making a purchase if you want to get more info on an estimated ship date which will help avoid cancellation issues.
ALL SALES ON SPECIAL ORDERS ARE FINAL. NO CANCELLATIONS, REFUNDS, OR RETURNS WITH EXCEPTION TO DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT OR RECEIVED A PRODUCT DIFFERENT THAN PRODUCT ORDERED. THE ORIGINAL MERCHANT TRANSACTION FEE (3-7% depending on your payment method) IS NON-REFUNDABLE AND WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM ALL RETURNED ORDERS.
Special orders are sent directly to the manufacturer and usually drop ships directly from them in many cases but occasionally ships to one of our distribution centers and then shipped to the shipping address provided at purchase. In these cases we work extra hard to expedite getting the order shipped quickly.
Updates on special orders are available upon request only and we do not provide phone support for special order status updates.
